Quite often we can enhance your event at no cost to yourselves by working with the event managers to make everybody's lives easier.

We can negotiate your event for you
Quite often a Client lays down some specific 'requirements' for their event. Unfortunately, some of those 'requirements' often reduce the opportunity to negotiate a great deal - one that works for the Client as well as the Event Provider. We can assist with the negotiations on your behalf and also establish what 'requirements' are actually cast in concrete and those that are 'nice to have'.
After years of negotiating in this industry we understand what represents a good deal for all concerned and where
unnecessary stipulations are actually increasing costs.
Need to customise a package to suit you?
We can work with an existing shared party to personalise it (or parts of it !) to suit you - private pre-drinks, VIP service packages, chill rooms, premium table positions etc, Private areas for speeches or awards, even different menu and drinks packages. We quite often provide table-side entertainers that work purely within your group, fast-track access etc etc.
So, even if you have a small group and want to join a bigger party that will increase the atmosphere and ambience, you can still have your own VIP package

We can do the legwork for you, finding a number of solutions in any part of the country. We will negotiate on your behalf and guarantee that you will pay the best price available. All that we ask is that you contact us before talking to the event direct - in this case we will act as your booking agent- at no additional cost to yourselves. A no-brainer if this is what you're looking for!
You know where you want to go already
Ok so you know where you want to go, how many people are going and your chosen date. You've seen the advert on the website along with prices. We guarantee that you will pay no more than you would if you booked yourselves,
however, talk to us before going direct and we may be able to negotiate a discount and customise the package to suit you. We will also handle the event for you, menu selections and co-ordination, invite responses and last minute changes etc. We will be like an extra, free of charge, pair of hands, to handle the party!

We can negotiate from a position of experience and authority to tailor a package to suit you more ideally. We know what can and can't be done and can work in partnership, acting as your agents to modify the arrangements to deliver your perfect party. All these at no additional cost to yourselves.
